The majestic double-height private villa, Villa Sol, located on Playa Santa María del Mar, sleeps up to 6. It has 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and king-size beds, one on the ground floor and the others upstairs. Safety deposit boxes are available in all rooms. The white sand beach is 200 meters from the house. The private freshwater pool features a terrace, charcoal BBQ, lounge chairs with umbrellas, and a Balinese bed. Satellite TV in the living room. A carport garage accommodates one car. Split-type air conditioning throughout the property and pressurized hot and cold water. Perimeter surveillance cameras and an alarm system are provided. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available at an additional cost and are delivered to the villa. Linens, soap, toilet paper, pool towels, and charcoal are included. Room service is provided two nights after check-in. The kitchen is equipped with a rice cooker, coffee maker, electric pressure cooker, blender, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishes, refrigerator, and freezer.

PROPERTY RULES:

• Behaviors that may affect neighbors, and generate nuisances and complaints are not allowed.
• Smoking, only in terraces and outdoor areas. Inside the property is not allowed.
• It is not allowed to throw paper or other objects in the sanitary facilities or in the swimming pool.
• Do not use the linen as if it were disposable. For improper use, damage or loss, compensation will be requested.
• For a better functioning of the air conditioners, it is recommended to turn them off when leaving the property, and not to use them with the windows and doors open.
• Any damage to the property must be reported as soon as possible to the concierge. The guest is obliged to compensate financially in case of damage caused.
• Any behavior related to drug trafficking and consumption, prostitution and sexual relations with minors is forbidden on the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Illegal or uncivic behavior will be imminent cause for cancellation of the reservation.

CHECK IN / OUT

• Check-in after 15:00 hrs.
• Passport or ID card must be presented at check in.
• A photo of each guest's passport or identity card will be taken for security reasons and for mandatory reporting to the immigration office and the tax office within 24 hours.
• Only the number of guests allowed in the property will be checked in.

• It must not exceed the maximum allowed. If the guest does not respect this rule, check-in will not be done.

• Check-out after 12:00 hrs.

• The check out process is done with the concierge, to whom the keys of the property are given personally.

• Guests must properly deliver the property. The loss of the keys will incur a surcharge.

• Flexibility: early Check in & Late Check-Out is sometimes possible, although it is subject to availability and check-in and check-out times of other guests.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:

• Minimum stay assumes two nights.
• Villas will be subject to actual availability at the time of booking.
• The payment methods will be transfer, cash or by credit or debit card.
• The total payment includes the reservation fee for the entire villa and taxes.
• Gastronomic services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries) are optional and have an extra charge.
• Room service is included in the rental price and is done after 2 nights from check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once payment has been made for your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply: - If the client cancels his reservation, up to 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival, he will receive a full refund of the amount paid. - If the reservation is made 30 days or less prior to arrival date, guests will receive a full refund provided that will receive a full refund provided they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to the start of their stay.
- Outside these deadlines, guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel within 7 days prior to arrival. - With less than 7 days, as in the case of No show, no refund will be made.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

Please read the terms and conditions below, carefully, before proceeding. By agreeing to these terms, you signify that you have read and understood all terms and conditions relating to the policies provided. Once you have accepted these and confirmed your reservation, all guests and their visitors must abide by them. - It is not allowed to sublet the property. - The price includes the entire property. Independent rooms are not rented. - Reservations to third parties are not accepted. The guest making the reservation must check in.
- Likewise, companions are not allowed to check in without the presence of the guest who made the reservation. - The guest must present (prior to the reservation) the names and surnames of all the guests who will be staying at the property, in order to issue the corresponding voucher that will give access to the urbanization.
